Fairlight Apartments

Fairlight Apartments is a complex project that involves utilising and integrating an existing 1950’s apartment block into a new apartment complex. A cooperative approach to the local community and shire planning achieved a quality outcome for the client maximising use at the same time as providing a great improvement for the community. Parking was a critical aspect that has been maximised using a mix of car lifts and car stacker types.
