COTEL Scarborough

This mixed use hotel building development on a tight site provided for a challenging design, engineering and planning environment whilst meeting the demands of the Scarborough Development WA frame work. Working closely with the Architects at Plus and the developer Urban collectives, a DA was obtained for this remarkable game changing Scarborough building.
