The Old Henley Brewery Redevelopment

A highly complex and politically sensitive project on the river front in the centre of the Henley-on-Thames (UK). This project consisted of a two stage, $60m high end redevelopment of a heritage listed industrial brewery site. The old brewery and associated buildings were divided up into a mixed use development comprising apartments of various grades, housing, retail, office space and hospitality.
