A landmark educational building in the east of Perth. This provided an opportunity to deliver a complex project within an operating school. Incorporating Building Management Systems (BMS), outstanding architecture and challenging construction logistics, being built on the side of a steep hill with clay soil conditions, this project was a great achievement.
